Since 2010, I have advised and supported private equity investors and information-led organisations in the water and wastewater sector, focusing on procurement routes, competitor landscapes, product and service differentiation, purchasing channels, and COGS across sectors.
My M&A experience includes being part of the integration team when MWH Global acquired Biwater Services (2010), where I helped set and implement integration goals and KPIs, and later serving as Director at Lanes Group following its acquisition of UKDN Waterflow (2015), co-leading the integration of operations across the UK. From 2023 to present, I continue to provide consultation for PE-backed businesses, helping clients align strategy, investment timelines, and sector positioning for long-term growth.
